Austip, You have made a good point. Forums should be impartial,but at all times protect themselves from litigation. The Adminitrator of ET, or their minions, could aslo have contacted the OP and asked if he stands by his claims,which were supported by an attached video highlighting the mispresentation of the product offered. They chose not to do that. Other forum administrators did it, because the vendor claimed to be defamed. In BOTH instances the forum has rejected the vendor, Joseph Jame's claims knowing there could be legal ramifications... The SchoolofTrade has simply been caught in a fraudulent act for personal gain....DECEIT. NiN
