How can that be, how can you get January results two thirds into the month? It used to be that investors in the fund received the results the first business day after the end of the month. If a -30% return was reported in a timely manner, what kind of negative return would result in this outcome?
If the performance chart is correct, there were at least 3 big drops in 7 years. That is not precedent for you?
JR Tone it down and cut him some slack... He probably lost some gains like the rest of us liquidating and conducting portfolio reallocation. Why is it that this place is full of a$$holes who make comments like this? Is it because they are jealous that they couldn't do that individually? Seems to me comments like this are from ones who are trading poorly, have struggled in the past or struggling now, or are using someone else's money, not theirs to trade. When an individual takes his/her own speculative capital and turns $10K into $500K that is a major accomplishment, at least to me. To put someone down for those long ass hours at the terminal and at nights is really egotistical, if not a form of jealousy. If you are a true trader, its not about HOW MUCH you make, its about HOW WELL you trade. I seriously doubt that if you take any of the traders in Schwager's Stock Market Wizards to visit this site, that they wouldn't come off with comments like this. Sometimes you may be flying high in this business, but then right around the corner there is a deep drawdown to humble you.

I get bored reading HF poor performances but high fees. I am sure I should do the trading or investment myself. At least I don't need to pay the shit fees and I know how I lost money.
Does anyone know what's going on with Aaron and the Schindler Fund? It's Feb 5th, and the website hasn't been updated for January yet.
I am aware of what happened to Schindler in January. I have no interest in posting it because of the maturity level, or lack there of on this thread. If he feels like talking about his fund, I'm sure he will come on here and say something.
