Scanner that allows screening based on nbr. of trades, not nbr. of shares

    Is there a screener that allows to screen based on nbr of trades vs. nbr of shares (volume).

    Yes.
    IB has one. You can screen by trade rate which is number of trades per minute. Pretty helpful to see which stocks are really ticking over.
