This is an attempt to demonstrate a fairly conservative way to scalp, mostly the EX but the technique is valid for any futures product. I propose to enter in this space orders at key levels when there is still time before they are likely to be executed so that any followers--should I have any--will be able to put in similar orders if they seem reasonable to them. My system is basically counter-trend so I will avoid the first couple of hours of the RTH when momentum trading would probably be more appropriate. This is not to say that I have anything against momentum trading, only that that is not what distinguishes my style.
