My concisous brain can trade, given the time for it to function and calm, sadly my subconsicous brain thinks everything ie a spike up will reverse so click click I’m short and losing as its a break out.

Took a long long long time for me to get okay trading subconcisously, really shouldnt daytrade/scalp lol

i believe in sixth sense but not in trading i rarely rely on my gut feeling when it comes to trading, to play safe i always try and analyse after proper chart reading.

I believe the correct term your looking for is gut instinct or intuition. (Sixth Sense makes it sound like some BS supernatural stuff.) Yes, it exists been playing poker for years and hear the topic discussed many times. It is even recognized as an important trait in poker. I believe experienced traders use it everyday even thou they may not realize it. However, it is not a proactive trait. It just kinda comes and goes like sweet dreams & nightmares. So don't ever think you can obtain some kinda ultra instinct and rule the world! Not happening....

  8. Yes -- as others have indicated, this is intuition. Malcolm Gladwell's book "Blink" discusses this concept. The issue with intuition is making sure that it's not "into wishing" or just a bias you have. George Soros uses back pain as an indication that something is wrong with his portfolio. Personally, I have taken trades at the close of one day and then get massive headaches that night which indicate I'm on the wrong side of the market. At the end of the day, intuition is an unconscious awareness of everything you have learned. It's not guessing or a blind hunch -- there is data behind it - you just don't realize it.
