Scalping/ Day trading on Nasdaq100: best timing?

    The last week of the year is the worst time to trade.

    I normally trade the first 2 hours of the session.

    Agreed, but 12-2 chop most of the time, 2 can become 2:30 frequently.

    Also I find the first 30mins, although strongest of all, too random for me so I skip this.

  3. Great advise! usually, I program it for TP at 10% of the invested amount and trailing SL at minimum, works until now! :D but there's always room for improvement!

  4. The last week of the year is a bad time? I directly went to check out patterns of the previous year's performance and you're right! haaaa great point! thank you!

    Honestly I don't think that there ever us a bset timing when trading. It is more of how well you are able to predict the market pattern and then chose to buy or sell. Most people believe that they are supposed to trade at certain times when the market is at its best. This is however not true because there are people who trades any time they feel like ti and yet they still make profit. It is more of how well you are able to predict the market and decide whether you want to sell or buy. If you do that hne you will be able to trade day or night. Even so you need to have some experience and be training at the recommended times first before trying this.
