Hey guys Funny how this thread is going all over the places, but the reason I 'm looking for a mentor is because I mentor other people as well in my own business (advertising / product development) I would take on anybody who wants to make money on the INTERNET/ Business type such as retail products, If I see potential I would let them ask me anything they want to know such as how to get the product to market as fast as possible, where to best hire the cheapest but most reliable people, how to keep oneself discplined, how to advertise with great success. for general things for strategy things business ideas that don't work, critiqes of current business ideas, why the plan doesn't work, break down of strategy, what you can do different from my experience that WILL Work, what is the best reward you can get from that particulay business, the skill level of the type of business you are pursueing and most important PITFALLS to avoid A few people I've even lent money to for startup and partnered up with them, While this method may seem foreign to some people, It truly comes back 10x 10x 10x, One of the people I've talk to provide me with so much motivation last year to increase my business, the other I partnered up with made me quite a big chunk of cash, because he was motivated as hell and basically I provided the insight/capital he did a LOT of the work. I also run my ideas over with my mentees, they usually grow very fast and are just as experienced as me in the field after a few months. Its so exciting to see someone in my own business be so motivated and want to succeed , so much hope, so much aspirations, trust me , In life you hardly see young super motivated people, and I find it a honor to work with some of these people. It works great, everybody wins, everybody grows smarter, and best of all EVERYBODY makes more money. And thats whats counts.
my sound advice to you - if you have a biz running and you're doing well - stay away from trading. keep your biz growing, and use your spare time and money to enjoy life. work with charity if you feel you want to give money back to society. live life to the fullest. trading is not easy. every single trader who made it big time, went through hell and back 4 times before he succeeded. it took him long long years and a lot of money. some other traders have mediocre results, which they achieved more easily, but it's not worth the effort for a man in your position. and most of the 'mentors' that you will meet are exactly in that status, and that's why they try to work as a 'guru' to compliment their income. needless to say, would you like to be taught by those?? and, of course, many traders simply fail, and keep trying for various reasons. even threei who was discussed on this thread, started trading because it seemed to him as a profession that fits his problematic position - a newcomer to a country in which he doesn't know the language, and so on. he didn't start trading 'for the challenge', like you plan to do. if you're doing truly well, to start trading now is the stupidest thing you'll ever do. mark my words because it's the best advice you'll ever get in this field.
I've met some floor traders in the past and what you say is true. Many people traded because they couldn't make enough money in their present job. For example, many were topping out in computer programming or even law. A number of traders are kinda quirky or have an unusual look to them... they are not your typical corporate type and probably didn't do well in a large organization. Only during the bubble did people do crazy things like quit their dental practice to daytrade.
Hi Nitro, Sorry to take so long to get back to your request of 7/12. The following URL has a documentation of Vads trading record. http://realitytrader.com/vadrecord.html Also, I trade with him each day. He's usually correct and he's the 1st to admit it when he's wrong. Hope that helps. Chip

i got the videos in June as part of a pre-release deal for RT room members. My profits have stablized in my stock scalping. I was struggling and now i am doing much better. But this summer is killing me in swing trades chip
