    The Los Angeles Times is reporting that just hours after the United States Supreme Court huddled to decide whether it would take up the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act, Justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas were honored at a dinner sponsored by the very law firm that will argue for the challengers in the case.

    Among the sponsors of the fundraiser for the Federalist Society, a conservative group long favored by Scalia and Thomas, were Bancroft PLLC, the law firm that will argue that the insurance mandate provisions of the ACA is an overreach of Congress’ powers under the Commerce Clause of the Constitution and, therefore,

    And Kagan has emails going out cheering the day it was passed, and both her and Sotomayor were appointed by Obama.

    At best for the democrats its a wash with these 4, and thats giving them the benefit of the doubt, as Sotomayor, and Kagan should be a no brainer to recuse themselves from this case.

    Its not like liberal judges dont hang around in liberal circles in their off time.

    Against.....Alito, Thomas, Scalia, Roberts....

    The deciders....Kennedy, Breyer......


    Kennedy is from Massachusetts......so I will put him in the for column initially.

    So the guy will be Justice Breyer......he will be the vote.

    Kennedy will definitely vote down some of obamacare.. the guy does care about constitutional freedoms and understands there is a difference between what a state can do and what the Fed can do.

    If Kennedy strikes down Obamacare, then Mittens is in a very tight spot.
