The brutal execution of over 1,400 Israeli civilians by Hamas does clearly meet the criteria for murder. Hamas using Palestinian civilians as human shields and not allowing them to leave north Gaza also effectively meets the criteria for being considered a type of deliberate homicide being done by Hamas. Israel firing back at Hamas terrorists who are trying to kill Israelis and the civilians being used by Hamas as human shields unfortunately being hit... is not murder by Israel. It is very unfortunate and clearly is unwanted collateral damage -- which attempts should be made to minimize. However Hamas is solely responsible for the entire situation. Due to Hamas the civilians living in Gaza strip are effectively screwed.
Palestinians overwhelming has supported Hamas in the past and even elected to represent them. To state that Hamas is a few who are acting a way that does not have widespread support is laughable. Yes, there were Muslims celebrating 9/11 in America. It is fact. Yes, there were people in celebrating the Hamas attack in israel. I think it's safe to say the Jews have a large lead in the dead baby count. Don't know if that's a category you want to be leading in, but there it is. These people have been at it for 3000 years and hate each others guts. Why?
