Hamas has also been shooting at Palestinian civilians trying to flee and IDF forces from hospital grounds. The reality is that the IDF response near hospitals has been pretty restrained -- they have surrounded the hospitals and have not returned fire towards the buildings. If the IDF response was not restrained then the hospital buildings would be rubble at this point.
