It's an accurate statement and provides better context for the story than most of what you read in the Western press, and judging from what is happening on the diplomatic front and at the UN, most of the world agrees.
You are an idiot. This is just one of many outlets that report the news. In fact this report is more honest than ANYTHING American news outlets report. You can verify the facts by checking directly with Belgian news outlets. Of course only if you understand French or Flemish unless you want to rely on external translators.
All information in this article match to the dot with everything that is reported in Belgium. Sorry bud, you are wrong.
So Iranian Press TV is reporting her comments that Hamas is a terrorist organization that must be completely defunded. Yeah, show me where.
What she said about Israel is correctly reflected in the article. Prove us otherwise. This is not some shit hole country but at the heart of Europe and center of all European politics. If Israel loses Europe they immediately lose any support in Asia as well. You will experience a wave of antisemitism that the world has never before seen. Purely an eye for an eye. If that is how Israel wants to play it, be my guest.
Reuters is a well-respected media source that is highly factual and has a neutral bias. Press TV is a low quality, biased propaganda Iranian media site full of hateful antisemitic garage. This particular article at Press TV reads like a typical antisemitic hit piece -- it provides a few truthful quotes, ignoring the full context of the Petra De Sutte's comments (including that Hamas is a terrorist organization that needs to be completely defunded) while creating an opinion piece primarily focused on anti-Israel comments. It is the very definition of propaganda and not news. Why anyone would choose to use an article from a low quality source rather than news from a well-respected mainstream source is quite the enigma. We can only assume they value pushing antisemitic propaganda rather providing news. This might be a good time to remind everyone that Press TV was "one of 30 domains seized by the US Government" as a security risk due to promoting terrorist propaganda. Unfortunately they returned using the .ir extension. Iran is rated in the bottom 10 countries in the world for media freedom. Reading articles from Press TV is effectively supporting terrorism. Someone who posts articles from Press TV while not disclosing the url in clear text can only be described as actively promoting terrorism.
Thank you for explaining us what reuters is. We all knew already. It does not change the fact that the article on the Iranian and most other Arabian websites largely reflects the facts as reported in all other European media. Support for Israel is dwindling. Someone who lives according to eye for an eye does not deserve European support. But fear not, they have their Jewish brothers and sisters in the US who don't mind sending support cheques and aid packages.
There are numerous international outlets such as Al Jazeera, Arab News, Al Arabiya and others with a slant towards Palestinians which are available in English. Many of them have reporters directly located in Gaza. I look at these websites to get a balanced view of the conflict and other Middle East news. With many Arab and other news international outlets available; there is no need to go to an Iranian terrorist propaganda website with low quality content.
It was not accurate. Accurate would be reflecting ALL of her comments including that Hamas is a terrorist organization which needs to be completely defunded. The Iranian article does not provide balance or context. The Press TV article is merely a antisemitic hit piece typical of the low quality crap which comes out of state controlled Iranian media. Get your news from respected mainstream sources and not propaganda outlets controlled by terrorist governments.
