All my charts just sit there saying "waiting for data" However, my account info, matrix positions, etc are loaded. Figures, I had some work to do this morning. Anyone else? I figure this is easier then trying to find out from TS.
I have 8.3, Build 1630 on one computer running Vista. I am having problems with my automated strategies running on this system. However manual entries are fine. For the time being I'm using 8.3, Build 1630 on another computer running XP, Service Pack 2 with no problems.
Ref: All my charts just sit there saying "waiting for data" -- exactly the same here. At least we know it's not an individual issue -- TS are going to have a lot of support calls and hopefully there will be a resolution. If anybody gets the issue resolved, please post here
Charts data gone again. Now showing error msg: "Data Request Failed: Unable to access corporate actions data file/server"
