Sarah Palin Resignation Speech

Discussion in 'Politics' started by Carbonator, Jul 27, 2009.

  1. First off, I am a registered independent.

I am not obsessed with her, but I do find it pretty freaking entertaining that the GOP ( of which I used to be a part of longer than you have lived on this planet called Earth ) continues to step in "dog-doo".

    Palin is "dog-doo".
And the GOP continues to step in it because they can no longer figure out what they STAND for.

I repeat: Who is currently the LEADER of the GOP these days?

    Can anyone answer that?

  2. Didn't know you were in your 60's.

Why does the GOP need a leader NOW?

  3. Wow, you really are dense.

There's this thing called the 2010 midterm elections. I guess you've never heard about them. The last time out, the GOP got their ass kicked in 2006.

For the first time in the HISTORY of the United States, no Republican captured any House, Senate, or Gubernatorial seat previously held by a Democrat!

And you ask why the GOP needs a leader NOW???
    How dumb can you be.

  4. You made no point whatsoever in telling me why the GOP needs a leader NOW.

  6. Shes a women yet Obama got the female vote 56-43,Yeah they're real scared of her :)

"Women's votes were a significant factor in Senator Barack Obama's victory, with a sizable gender gap evident in the election results....Women strongly preferred Obama to Senator John McCain (56 percent for Obama, 43 percent for McCain), unlike men, who split their votes about evenly for the two presidential candidates (49 percent for Obama, 48 percent for McCain)."

  7. Congratulations.
You are without a doubt, the DUMBEST poster on this website. - - - And that's saying an awful lot.

You obviously think that the GOP's current image is one that can win them elections.

Good Luck with that in 2010.
    :)

  8. So you read my contention that the Democrats are devastated that Palin's not running because of she did, it would be the biggest landslide Democrat victory in history... and you got from that that I was saying I thought the Dems were worried about Palin beating them?

    Ummm... okay.

Just to make it perfectly clear one more time (I guess it wasn't clear enough the first time), rational Republicans are overjoyed that she has withdrawn because they know that pigs would fly before she would be elected POTUS. Dems are bummed out for the same reason.

    Hope that's clear for you.

  10. Palin has the same ability Obama does to bring people together. That's all that matters and is a seperate fact from her future plans.

    It's really not that complicated.

If she was of no concern to your kind, we would not be discussing her.
