ok, the headline was misleading as usual. deep drilling sounds to me like trading: it is a risky business but there are rules that should keep you out of danger 99% of the time. in reality it is not the 1% that gets you. why? because the safety rules tend to be violated at much higher rate. it is just human nature. so, stop polluting MY OCEAN, you human pigs!!!
