    What are you buying?

I bought NXG and HD today at the lows (so far). I bought GG yesterday and are up $.71 so far on that. I'm still buying dips and selling into strength, not a bear yet, but getting more cautious.

Um... the index gains stink compared to some stock gains. I do buy indexes, but not in a bull market like this one. Consider how easy it is to get a $1-$2 move on some stocks almost every day (DVN, GG, EFUT, GROW are some of my favs).

For example, you're spending $30-$70 for that $1. So every $1 move you gain 3% on your money in a $30 stock. What's a $1 move on one of the indexes and what did you spend on it? I mean today, you'll probably make $1 on the QQQQ, but how often does that happen?

In other words, from a % gain standpoint, when it's a bull market, it just makes no sense to play indexes if you are fairly confident... or just lucky:).
