Santa Barbara judge rejects deal restricting public access to beach

Of course it's a big deal to the property owners, not saying it's a big deal regarding private property rights. Just saying it's overblown. Probably the worst part of the whole situation is the likelihood of the state putting in restrooms.

Trust me, if you've ever been to a STATE-OWNED AND OPERATED restroom in California, you'll understand the problem. Absolutely the most disgusting places on earth, other than actual sewers.
