What? Actually, all of this is nonsense. 193T is the far superior model and has made 191T obsolete. Samsung doesn't even have it on its sites anymore. 193T has lower response time, and much higher contrast ratio! 1) They are both digital. In fact, 193T features both A&D. 191T only accepts digital, doesn't it? 2) 193T is rated *all of* TCO '95, '99, '03 3) Large bezel??? Who's been telling you stories? See pictures below. Sicilian....Forgive my ignorance...does this mean that one that has the + sign with the higher ratio is brighter? What actually is contrast ratio? Will there be less shadowing if this value is higher? Michael B.
What is contrast ratio? In reference to computer monitors, contrast ratio is the measurement of the difference in light intensity between the brightest white and the darkest black. The higher the ratio the better an image will appear against a darker background. Thank you Sicilian....
