    I love fish , it really is ''brainfood'' As far as eating fish 3 times a day for 52 weeks[Greenburg pattern]; no thanks on 3 times per day..... LOL

    Just like you said, everything wild is better!

    Wild ducks and geese have really dark breast meat, and there blood is almost a dark reddish black. Its from the iodine rich food they consume in the wild. They taste really good, especially the Spotted geese.
