It was my understanding that Statue of Limitations was based on 5-years after you first became aware. now there could be an end date as well but if you were deceived for 20 years and only found out last year, I would hope you had a legal right to seek restitution based on the fraud of deception itself. as for this case, this is the tip of the iceberg for good old Stevie.
