    Ping Jiang
    City: Stamford, Connecticut
    Firm: SAC Capital Advisors
    Age: 41

This Chinese Global Macro trader go this start at Lehman Brothers, where for a decade he ran a hugely successful Liquid Market Proprietary trading book. Over the past year or so, though, he has established himself as a bona-fide superstar — which might have something to do with the fact that at SAC, his P&L is perhaps second only to Stevie Cohen’s. With a focus on emerging markets, Jiang had a breakout year.

    Estimated Income: $100–$150 million

  10. Oh, don't know if you guys saw, on a serious note, but the oriental wink is talking to the Feds about SAC trading. It was a Gasparino video from yesterday. Imean, they must have been looking already. You don't just grab the guy and ask about trading, if you didn't have an interest in it already. Found it very interesting.

It fits some other clues that some people in the know reallize the numbers he puts up given the size he grows in assets don't fit any known model.
