I have done that. Early in this journal between my brother and me we took the trade 4 times in one day.

    Romik,
I am considering stealing a page from your trading book and doubling up the next time around. Price has hit the LOD 3 times and could not break through it. I would be saying that this time it will break through and if it doesn't I will exit quickly and try for at least 1.25 points.

    u know the saying - a man's gotta do what a man's gotta do.

All the best on that one, i'll be rooting for you, I have 1335 as a possible big support though.

I have 1335 also I will be out before that at 1335.25. I will see, right now I need more volume coming in than what I am seeing.

  7. I went long at 39.25 and went for 1.25. Should've stayed with it a bit longer given the volume, but it's not my goal right now. I'm trying to get 2 weeks of solid, disciplined, profitable trading on the sim.

So far, I took 8 points on YM yesterday and since ECBOT is down this morning, came over to ES and took a long setup. Part of my problem is that with work, I'm constantly distracted and can't focus on getting all the setups and hanging with those that have more potential.

When I get to where I consistently only take good trades and avoid the marginal setups for the sake of trading, I'll be on my way to better results.

We're just bouncing between the pivot numbers, so far.

S1 was 1336.75 and the PP is 1342.75.

R1 is 46.25...if you watch the tick, you'll notice there was really no selling at the S1. That gave you a "tip" to be watching for divergences on your momentum indicators and to look for a double bottom (see yesterday's post).

It's almost noon in New York.

  10. Another one, and at resistance. Is it the perfect storm (i mean trade) or another devious trick.
