TT, I know without even looking at your chart what your levels are and why. For the most part I agree with you. However there was a resistance level created today that might have been missed but it does provide 2 points with some wiggle room. Here are my numbers for tomorrow. Long 1343.25 - 1347 Short 1337.25 - 1335 it might be tight but should work out. See ya'll in the morning, man I am worn out... Gary
Gary, Hope you enjoyed the fair!! Have really enjoyed posting here instead of only reading. Might have gotten carried away though. Thanks for looking at the numbers I threw up. I did miss the 1343 late in the day there. I'll keep at it. I guess getting up at 4 something to trade is wearing me down - thats my excuse Trading on Alaska time is rough for me since I'm not a morning person. See ya at the open!! twink
Good morning to you Gary and whoever is up so early! Enclosed is the pic (this time in png format, so it's a bit smaller finally ) of today's Hang Seng index futures session (1-minute bars, time is Kiev, so the afternoon session started at 14:30 HK time which is 9:30 on the chart). The long breakout level is the horizontal green line, the short level is the red line. The market gapped open below the short breakout, so I have this question: Do you think trading pullbacks to S/R levels, as I indicated them on the chart, is a valid strategy? Or is it better to just trade the breakouts and ignore pullbacks? Everyone enjoy their trading today!
Thank you, my wife and I always have fun at the fair. Love that fair food. What part of Alaska are you in? I have always wanted to go there.
I would surely liked to have seen this earlier in my daytrading. Here is what I see on your chart. Keep in mind hindsight is 20/20 so it is real easy to make the calls after the fact but here is what I see on this chart.
Good morning everybody. Today is my birthday and I want the market to pay for my dinner this evening. I am ready to make some money. Gary
