Like I said yesterday I might not be on target with your software after a trend day. They tend to not factor in the congestion areas that happen during those days. I want to match it up after a big day. So don't leave this journal until we get one. I'll help keep you disciplined today. Hows that for support.
I'll take all the help I can get. I need one of those shocking dog collars to zap me when I do something stupid.
For what it's worth the NQ had a pretty good gap up and is falling back some from it's R level of 1680.5 Could lead the ES down
There has been some discussion about calculating Pivot Points & Support / Ressistance prices. Someone may have alrready posted this, but here is a web site that has all of the daily calculations. Hope it helps. http://www.deltat1.com/DailyNotes/pivotpoints.htm Alex
NQ just can't bust through and close above it's R level of 1680.50 I don't know who is leading whom but it seems that the NQ has to bust theough it's R before the ES will get close to its R level.
What a snooze fest today is so far. This is not what I needed today. I hit a big sale yesterday that will increase my business by about 50%. I was so excited and worried that I have been up since 2:00 this morning running numbers for everything. Also caught the spat between JJ and Romik (I just watched and stayed on the sidelines where I belong). But I didn't need this boring day today.
Gary, Any reason you don't trade the last hour? Triggers need volume for follow through and with the larger volume at that time, I would think it would be a valid time to trade . Not to question your logic, just trying to learn. Regards, C&S
