    4re,

Based on today's action, are you changing your entry and exit prices or do you stick with the ones you posted last nite?

No, I am going to stick to the plan. I'll stay with 1281 long and 1270.50 short.

If you would like you can enter on a breakout of the HOD, might be safer. But if volume looks right and it is getting to 1281 I won't hesitate.

Good deal. I think I am going to take my 1.25 points and be happy with it for today as well.

Now as soon as I leave my house the market will rock. You watch...

  5. Nah, it's doing the consolidation dance to perfection, holding within the confines of previously established S/R (uh, did someone say this is a useful technique?).

Me, I still like to take 1/2 off the table and let the rest ride (heh, remember those conversations?), so on days like this, I just don't swing at the pitch ... although to tell you the truth, free money is always tempting.

3:30pm ET is my cutoff anywho, so I'm just going to get ready for work and see ya mañana.

Actively taking no position is a position.

    Best,

    Jimmy

YeeHaw, I am back home and still missed NOTHING. Boy am I glad I went out and got some work done today. Maybe tomorrow will be better.

While I was at home while ago I was testing the market makers with CAL. I put in a fake order and as soon as I hit preview order they rose the price .05 on me. Those guys are so crooked it isn't funny.

  7. I've had option market makers pull the same shenanigans with me before. I didn't have the expertise to play against them so I'd just cancel my order and walk. You, on the other hand, have much more expertise and I want you to go out there and win one for the Gipper. :) I'd love to hear how you taught them a lesson.

I was just playing with them today but last week while I was trying to get in the trade they were jacking with me. I told my brother that tomorrow we should both do opposite orders at the same time and see what they do.:D

Het guys who are you using for your charting. I started looking at my bank statement and noticed that I am paying $146 a month for E-Signal and all I get are futures.

    TIA,

You may want to check what you're actually signed up for. The CBOT, CME, NYSE, etc all have individual charges. If you're not trading the YM, no need to pay for CBOT data.

If you go to the esig homepage, click on purchse, then existing customers. From there you can log in to a secure page and view your billing and product details.
