    I think it is bullish but would like to hear other's opinion

    I think its non issue. Nasdaq has been oversold vs S&P; now its coming back into alignment. I don't think it makes one index more bullish than the other, but I guess you could read into all this price action and say the russell is perhaps what will lead us into the next bull (then nasdaq?).
