I posted a video that was in Russian only. No subtitles. You responded, after watching it, clearly understanding what was in the video.

Ha, very farfetched conclusions, but I assure you that you are wrong. Though I wished I could speak and understand Russian. By the way I responded to the comments you added above or below the video link.

BTW, in case someone is interested, Moody's just lowered Russia's rating from BBB to Ca. That's the last step before full default.

"Obligations rated Ca are highly speculative and are likely in, or very near, default, with some prospect of recovery in principal and interest."

Next one (it is coming) is C:

"Obligations rated C are the lowest-rated class of bonds and are typically in default, with little prospect of recovery in principal and interest.

  5. Basing Russia's rating on anything that Moody says is a laughable joke at best.

We've seen Moody's integrity after they gave the best possible ratings for the worst possible toxic products ever imagined. At the end of the day, THEY act in THEIR OWN BEST INTEREST. They gave AAA on pure trash just so they could cash in on deals when their products were the absolute worst.

Nothing has changed since 2007 and how these rating agencies operate, I guarantee you that. When Moody's does something, it's for their own self-interest. Even an idiot knows any downgrading by Moody's is more for political reasons.

I've got zero respect for those fuckers... they've lost it a long time ago.

Absolutely. Nothing about Russia's top corporations changed other than a few months of sanctions. If they can survive cash flow wise then the moment the sanctions are lifted months later American hedge funds will lick their fingers to get a piece of the action. The hypocrisy of our western Form of capitalism is at full display here. None of those western corporates could care less about a single Ukrainian soul. It's all virtue signaling at its best. The moment they can sell their wares in Russia and fund Russian businesses again they will happily do so. There is no empathy here at display its all just serving up volleys to their emotionally unstable and fragile western clients who live on social media.

Sanctions will not be lifted. Not unless Putin goes, Russia apologizes, withdraws all troops and pays reparations.

Either Putin is gone or sanctions ratchet up more and continue.
