  1. Of course Romeo is only posting in fun. (God help him if he's taking himself seriously!).
However, (doing my very best to stay on topic here, inandlong!), I'm really surprised that inandlong doesn't consider boasting about oneself to be petty. I think most people would generally disagree with that. Sure, you might make a crack about "being right", but demanding homage be paid goes a bit beyond that -- certainly well into the ranks of pettiness. Modesty is the more appealing quality and greatness is bestowed by others rather than assumed by oneself; braggadocio impressing only blondes and airheads. However, as the more tuned in reader knows, with Romeo, it's all in good fun. (And I dare say being riled by it to the point of flaming is almost just as petty.)

If you're inandlong, I'm going to bed right now. Wish you were here. Also, if you're in the stocks, gold, etc. you're probably golden. Unfortunately, I'm a poor bond trader, short, comely though I may be, curves all the way down and the purest of the marketplace. Keep your mouthpiece writing. She only shows what she is missing and what endowments you have. Doesn'
t she have a life of her own without criticizing you? By the way, I am very female.:D

  3. alfonso I agree with you. I should have said boasting about oneself in the context of this venue. Boastfulness is, as you say, generally regarded as distasteful. However, in very competitive arenas, it is part of the show. When a player from the opposing team showboats, we hate it. When our own team showboats, we cheer them on.

I consider all of us to be on the same team. Some team members want praise, some shun the spotlight. Some become disruptive and get kicked off the team. The vast majority contribute to its benefit.

We have strayed far from the topic of this thread, yet I don't think this discussion is fruitless. Perhaps we can get back to the topic of the thread without further ado.

My credo in life is not lie, cheat and steal. It's the opposite. I put that there just in case ET'ers mistinterprete and take me seriously.

Bragging is petty. But you don't know me, and I never brag face to face, and I do have stuff to brag about! Bottom line, this is the anonymous internet, and so Romeo is bragging, what's new? It's all to get a rise. Thankfully, the rises I look for are alot different then the rises I used to look for on ET. Remember?

O.K. be nice boys, and i'll tell you my next great call. Although I think some of you can guess what it will be.

Only thing holding it up is too many "wise guy" shorts, who think the money is easy, and a crash is coming. Once these weak handed shorts run like a chicken and cover their short positions, then the market can decline.

I look for an absolute top price of 1025.
