Do you think he will cover because you are long?

with 50-75 point stops employed, thorn won't give up easily.

  3. I don't know, but if anyone here can influence thorn's opinion, it would be me.

So you are more right than he is in that case? What makes you believe that his call is wrong? I am interested in your reasoning, not that Thorn provided any.

  6. I don't know who is right/wrong, yet. Just think it is premature for Thorn to claim victory, ala the unfamous "mission accomplished".

  7. Interesting to see the TRIN at 1.50 with markets practically unchanged. Any comment?

  8. Sorry, I'd rather not get into it.

BTW, my trade is meant as a quick hit.
I will be out of most to all of it by the end of the day.

(I'm saying this so certain individuals won't permanently 'marry' me to this long SPY position, and comment about how much I'm getting 'beat up' if the spooz drop next month.)

  10. Interesting. Thus far, I had 2 short setups that made a bit of money. I only use a 1-minute chart. However, upon reading your above quoted post, I looked at a few other time frames. I know you are a far better trader than I am, but I cannot for the life of me see what makes today notably bullish. (Because it bounced off recent daily lows?) In any event, I'm not much of a visionary. I just go from one setup to the next. If I get a long one, I'll be sure to give it due consideration. :)
