  1. Oh no the markets are in the red! The sky is falling! The tide is turning!

Blah blah blah just more bear speak

    What will happen?

The nasdaq and s&p will retouch support levels from this early week and then rebound off them. Friday will be kinda flat and the markets will resume the rally on Monday with tons of strong buying.

The trend is NOT coming to an end

The S&P will make new yearly highs.

  2. dude....

Bearish candle formations on index daily charts are a BUY signal..... but people fail to recognize that for some reason....

  4. After my last post on about how the mkt was going to go up.... it did indeed rally strong for 3 days up until today. But do i get a "good call lil D" .... no....... I been nailing my calls for quite a while.... but not even a nibblet of compliment is thrown my way.

    Oh well
    :(

OK .... as far as the election..... the biggest sector that seems to have been affected by the Dems winning the election is pharma. Yes .... this would normally would have my worried and would make me start feeling a little bearish at this point in time in the cycle.... however... due to the fact that pharma has been underperforming for quite a while...this has me not overly worried. A temporary bump in an overall bull run.... nothing more. Although I am still bullish.... my bullishness is cooled off a bit in the very very near term. But this isn't even enough for me to adjust my $$ allocation. My $$ ride for the last several months has been huge.... so am very happy...... and will continue to see the mkt from a few steps back.... seems to be working!:) :)

  6. Hey, I've never been one to throw rocks at you. I appreciate when people have an opinion and state why. It's what I'm here for.

Do you think the market's going to get spooked by the elections now that the Dems have officially taken both the House and the Senate? I'm thinking that might be enough to get some momentum to the downside. I'm old enough (44) to remember just how bad the Dems can make things for the markets but I think most people have forgotten.

That's as close as anyone could hope for. :) A lot of people have gotten smoked trying to call a top on the way up for the last couple of months but I think this is the real deal.

Thorn reminds me of rubberbird the way they jack off after a huge 10 point down move. The day is still young, and you know what they say

  9. Still 32 trading days left in 2006. A little premature for claiming victory ! We'll see.

  10. Thorn, it's 10:18 AM, Nov. 10th. Spooz down -300.

I highly respect your talent, but I strongly believe you're WRONG on this trade. I'm long heavy here right now, and urging you to cover for your own good.
