then the NQ and poor little dow came just 24 pts shy

What about the prior? Its an H&S as well. The head on the second one stopped at the 61% Fib. That was a sell in its self with out the second shoulder in place. As a further note with out a histogram in place its a crap shoot. At least the weaker Histo height would at-least confirm weak Momentum which would support a short bias.:)

  6. For me (who isn't in your room) action has been a crap-shoot.

But I did manage to lock in ES and NQ gains today - and more than just a few points!p$

Thanks again for the levels, man.

    :D

  8. Well, I did take the day to get some stuff done
I did not feel the market would do anything

Remember the KEY levels under 63-64 area is 56-58
then above the 64 area is 67-then 71 to 74
above 74 is 83 for the next level

This should play out till the end of the year
I will update you tonight as to what I am seeing, if anything

Also under 56 is 52 than 46 for areas of support

If this market keep this range trading up, it will be real easy going forward, already it has been a simple trade just by the #
we have been sideways for 6-7 weeks now

I will take it anyday over the 600-800 point psyco market.......
    LOL

    :D :D :D :D

    Peace to all,

You mentioned the Almanac and the fact that this Jan low took out last Dec's but shouldn't have?
So, like everything else lately these markets aren't behaving "normally"?
Interesting, if you could write a little about that I'd appreciate it... my friends (non-traders) are really spooked by Madoff and I suspect they'll be moving money around and going into protective mode. I was suprised more of them hadn't (some decided just "not to look"!) moved out of mutual funds and stock indexed based IRAs/401Ks but they haven't...
There are alot of people out there that don't know and don't want to know what is going on economically. Scares me.
    Aloha
