Yea, it clearly says "2012 year-end target = 1350", apparently OP has lost track of what year it is.

 

OK. Even if I got it wrong, do you think S&P could reach 1350 by the end of next year?

 

Of course it could - easily, all it would take is a stream of good news that the economy has turned. It was 1350 just months ago.
