    BUSh = Afghanistan spending
    Bush = Medicaid Part D abortion
    BUSH - No Child left Behind boondoggle

    Please feel free to add to the list. I'm sure I've forgotten something.

    It's gonna take a long time to unfuck that great legacy

  2. We can use a number of different instruments to see how deep the water is.

    Would you rather we compare it against the Euro? If so, the picture is the same.

    1.2903 1/20
    1.4957 today

    Shall we keep going with each currency? If so, the picture is the same. The Dollar is continuing the decline under your savior all the while you guys argue its decline under Bush.

    If you're trying to argue that the Dollar is NOT declining under Obama, have at it because so far, nothing has changed under Obama.

    (AP) President Barack Obama spoke this afternoon at the construction site of the largest Recovery Act project in Virginia about the economy and his $787 billion stimulus package.

    "We are going to keep on going until we make sure that every single American in this country who's looking for work is going to be able to get the kind of well-paying job that supports their family," Obama said.

    Obama said "we've made some meaningful progress" and that "our economy is in better shape today than when I took office."

    The president largely credited the stimulus for that improvement, saying it had "spurred job creation and economic growth" and created private sector jobs.

    "We're putting Americans to work doing the work that America needs done -- we're rebuilding our crumbling roads, our bridges, our waterways," Obama said. "We're strengthening our nation's infrastructure in ways that will leave lasting benefits to our communities."

    Obama also said that many stimulus projects are coming in well under budget. "This means we can do more," he said.

    Based on your facts , sounds like Obama should give credit to Bush for the economy.

    How vain of Obama to boast about this economy especially when the other shoe may drop.

  5. That is why the Democrats need to take control of the House and Senate in the 2010 cycle so that Mr. Obama can get his agenda passed..........until he has a legislative majority he will only be able to try and correct Mr. Bush's failures, he wont be able to push through the change and hope this nation longs for until then.
