  2. Well, i don't think 1204 will be the top; we will go higher the next days i think.
But i don't known any thing about trading if it goes beyond daytrading.

  3. you know spike, usually i would think there would be an upward bias into a long weekend, especially a patriotic weekend such as July 4th. But, with interest rates a risin thursday, i just don't have that upward bias feelin this time.

well, i went long at the close heavy on the esu5, if it closes below 1202 at 10am tommorow I'll bail, looking for a upward thrust towards 1225 ideally

  5. I daytrade and swing trade so I watch how they play together. I see 1192.50 (MOST CRITICAL), 1191.50 & 1186.25 as a critical levels of support and if those are broken through then 1146.75 is a realistic target. I picked the same top as the bird

I've followed spikes posts and will follow this one as well with interest. I'm in Bird's corner until I see what happens when price moves back toward 1192.50.

  7. Interest Rates are rising today?
That's news to most of us who actually trade for a living, unlike you and your ego that seeks gratification on the Internet, with your constant ego-stroking now that school is out for the Summer.

Last time I checked, the 30 Year T-Bond was +0'23 and the 10 Year Note was +0'065 TODAY.
The 5 and 2-year notes were also higher.

    Smoking crack again, James?
    :D

  8. This thread is about the S&P index and it topping out. This thread has nothing to do with interest rates. I've never traded a rate instrument in my life.

That's why the title of this thread is "The S&P looks very toppy".
Do you understand this, lithium joe?
Why so jealous so close to the patriotic weekend?
You and your lithium can cozy up to a good movie:D

  9. Lithium Joe, aka Apex, is still smarting over me catching him trying to perpetrate a lie on ET. The drugs clouded his ability to see a quote posted days earlier. Bird, we really have to show more empathy for the market challenged. :D :D  :D :D

    July 4th . . . Rah!

  10. I guess that why traders trade price and not time. I hope you didn't see the price at 10 and go back to bed empee.

i.e. 10 am EDT top from 1207.75 and no looking back the rest of the day.
