S&P 500 daily watch

Discussion in 'Journals' started by Walther, Feb 4, 2004.

  1. Signals were 10:05 and 11:15, minor bottom at 10:08 and 11:16 were confirmed by CCI divergence so it is supposed to be bullish but in this congestion with range just about 2 point, everything is possible best is just to go in and out quickly, nobody is going to make 5 points per trade in this range.

How can you take credit for ANY type of correct call when the ES is in a 2 point range for 2 hours?

  3. New signal at 12:10est

  4. Signal at 12:10 was a direct hit, we might have seen daily high . Next signals are at 13:15 and 14:05est.
Use CCI divergences and ma's to determine if there is a valid signal, if there is no confirmation, there is no entry.

Vol..., leave Walther alone. His 12:15 call was one min off the high of the day (actually high of last 8 trading days). Regardless if his calls are right on or not even close, he isn't bothering you.

  7. It depends on a timeframe. On 5 min I go from divergence signal for entry to divergence signal for reversal . I use a LOT of trendlines which alert me to the time to exit on lower time frames like 2 or 1 min.

  8. As a help to a dedicated follower " Volume " I would like to point out to him that price will not move if you are l using daily charts for intraday analysis . I know that you have been wondering , for couple of years now , what the folks are talking about and all you have ever seen is one damn bar.
    Good effort !

Good luck trying to sell your "system".

A sucker is born every minute, someone is bound to believe your nonsense.
