In fairness, it's the NYPost so likely misconstrued.

  3. Then tell the blacks to stop committing violent crime, stop resisting arrest ,and listen to the police when they tell them to put their hands up. But mostly, the blacks need to stop committing so much violent crime, its 2021 for gods sakes , get with the program aleady.

  4. We should also tell whites to stop shooting up schools and offices in the large numbers that they do....

U.S. Society still hasn't generally figured out that there needs to be upper age limits on certain, critical jobs etc. It's like we're continually surprised and amused whenever we see evidence of cognitive decline in really 'old' people, in critical jobs, making lasting, life-changing decisions, that affect us all.

"Look at this old ass POTUS, that we elected, having another brain fart ... LOL"

  7. Like most leftists she was a closet racist.
You're right. Nancy, Chuck, Mitch and a host of others need to be put out to pasture. Biden is obviously senile. Problem with Ruthie is when still was still above ground appearing to be alive the left was saying she was sharp as a tack. Now that she's gone the left is saying, well, the old gal was losing it a bit, so we had to cover for her. Everyone circling the wagons to protect their party politics. I'll keep saying it, we need a full flush enema in our government at every level, and until that happens this country will continue to circle the drain.

  8. There is another faction in leftyville that is trying to dial Ruthie back a bit this week because she is "inconvenient" for the cause.

I refer to the idiots, led by Chief Idiot Joe Biden, who are fully planning on having another run at packing the court.

The problem for them with Ruthie is that she was fully opposed to that- on tape and somewhat younger at the time. Bryer is a lefty and he is opposed to it as well. And of course Biden also is on tape from earlier days saying that to try to pack the court "is bone-headed."

But Ruthie is more of a problem for them because she was considered to be a lefty theologian thought-leader type who was serious about things so she is harder to dismiss after they have just made her a saint. Biden's comments are problematic too but everyone knows he says stupid things one day and an opposite stupid thing the next. So he is easier to overlook. But for a lefty to go against Ruthie is a bit like Bernie questioning Karl Marx.

Joe Biden's Supreme Court Commission Report Could Outline Path to Court Packing

  9. I doubt any SC justice is in favor of packing the court from either side.. it serves only political purposes not justice or law purposes.

If you read cases over time, there were some horrible exception cases but overall con v. lib, the justices look for solid legal reasoning and precedent in how they find in cases because they know they have to justify it in writing and it will be in print forever. That is why I laugh when something is pushed up to the SC and fucktards are shcocked that trump appointees voted in a reasonable manner rather than choose the political result cons wanted.

  10. The ones that want to change the court composition have a couple things stacked against them.

One is that both dem and pub voters don't like it and smell a rat. Or at least it is not a burning issue for them. The noisy ones want it but the demand for it from the people is not great and they are suspicious. So that is one strike.

The issue of term limits also gets mixed in and probably there is a fair amount of support for that given all the problems in both the executive and judicial branches where office-holders have stayed and still are staying well past their expiration dates. So there is considerable support for that. Problem is, as you know, that would require a constitutional amendment. So there is the other strike against them.

They are playing some other game I think. It has to do with appointing a pile of new judges at the appellate level to change the mix that way. Packing the judicial system at the appellate level falls below the political flashpoint that goes with supreme court appointees. So the way they play it is that they avoid problems by saying "while the commission did not recommend the expansion of the supreme court , it did identify many areas where the court is considerably overburdened and this problem can be alleviated by strengthening the appellate court system, blah, blah, blah." In other words the De-Mitching of the lower courts.

There are in fact some changes that probably should be made. Such as restructuring the Nineth Circus, not because they are lefties but because their geographic area is unruly. And more judges are needed for the healthy reasons versus political reasons that are driving the need. But DC does not do "healthy" all that well.
