Ceasefire only after Russia takes the East and the Coast ! If Ukraine is winning, why did he request a ceasefire?
I noted the declining relative strength for gold in the past couple of days. Is Russia getting so desperate for funds they are selling some of their gold? Will Russia attempt to buy back some weapons from countries they normally export to? If so, those would be signs Russia is getting into a desperate situation. Could not an offer for a cease fire on behalf of Ukraine be related to saving lives, property, and an attempt to salvage their economy? How about the offer be related to a face saving gesture for the benefit of Russia? At the rate Russia's ships are sinking, supply lines being cut, commanders and troops being killed, equipment being destroyed, and Russia's economy is being wrecked, why wouldn't Russia also be eager to seriously discuss peace?
You can only take $10,000 per person in cash out of the country, but you can take up to $70,000 worth of gold. So they buy gold bars and fly them to the Emirates.
Speech by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov at the XXX Assembly of the Council on Foreign and Defense Policy, Moscow, May 14, 2022 The "collective West" has declared a total hybrid war on us. We did everything to avoid a direct collision. But once the challenge is thrown, we accept it.
The XXX assembly is Russia's answer to the Avengers assembly? Fuck 'em, nuke and be nuked. Or maybe just nuke Dubai and see how they like it.
Russia/Soviets had wicked good snipers in WW2. Most of them women too. Roza Shanina- about halfway into the video- was sort of a folk hero, and one that I recall reading about long ago. Ultimately, she was shot herself. Of course some in this line-up were actually Ukrainian, but whatever.
