Russian Trolls answer in court... Mueller's Pettifogery and delay tactic

Discussion in 'Politics' started by jem, May 10, 2018.

  1. Seriously. He should be hauled in front of a grand jury and forced to disclose how he got that stuff. The integrity of the entire Trump investigation is at stake here. This dirtbag lawyer is not a journalist, and even if he were, why do they get special dispensations to publish leaks?

Wake up Sessions. This is so simple, even you can probably handle it. Someone involved in the Cohen mess leaked this. Find out who and utterly destroy them. Not holding my breath since you still employ Deep State minder Rosenstein and that Ohr character whose wife worked for Fusion GPS.

  3. I think it's fascinating how, for all intents and purposes, you boys are rooting for the Russians.

Sessions is compromised by the Deep State/NSA. Word is theyve got pictures of Jeff in sheets. I think they made a deal with him to obstruct. Sessions can't resign nor can he engage.

You'd make a lousy criminal defense attorney. Which might very well be a compliment.

Personally, I'm more entranced by the rich irony of it all.

  6. Yet another reason why the fun ends for mueller and weisman the minute court proceedings begin and fbi goons just swinging dicks around town ends.

The fbi definitely needs to be investigating it- however in an actual prosecution against cohen he is absolutely 100% entitled to know how evidence against him was obtained. His attorneys are not even going to be thinking about jeff sessions and that crew. They need to answer questions in court when being cross-examined or the court will either dismiss the case or not allow any evidence that flowed from those bank records.

We have had similar discussions here long ago about the endless, endless games that rosenstein and sessions play in regard to releasing, finding, unredacting subpoened information from the house intel. I said that game would end the minute they got to court because the judge just will not play that game. ie. you either produce or you will be in contempt and I will dismiss the case. And what a beautiful confirmation of that we saw the other day with the judge in mannaforts case. He told them they have to weeks to produce the unredacted copy of muellers authorization papers. He is not waiting for the house intel and sessions to negotiate anything, anywhere. It will be interesting if they produce the document and it will be even more interesting if they do not. It's all good.

Yup, we are moving into the phase where the real investigation comes from the right of discovery by defense attorneys rather than waiting and seeing what the IG and sessions etc will do. The justice department/fbi is in a real bind on that dossier scenario. Rosenstein needs to see mccabe and steele charged in order to offer up scalps that are not his. But, as discussed above, that gives the defendants the right to discovery, cross-examination, subpeona power in areas where the fbi and the state department and loretta and the clinton campaign will not go otherwise. Mueller is able to squeeze lower level typs who actually may not have anything to offer even if you flip them as he has found out through his career in other cases. However that is not true of ohr, strzok, page, steele, mccabe, sid blumenthal, etc. They know the whole story and you squeeze them and they will spill it. And if they dont their defense attorneys will do discovery on everyone else and expose it to show that someone else was up to no good rather than their client.

It's a mess but becoming a beautiful mess. The tards here all get excited when someone gets charged- guess what- I do too. A little blood on the floor doesnt bother me a bit because I see it as the pathway to seeing a lot of Mueller's and Weisman's blood on the floor.

  7. I'm not sure I follow. The only thing I do clearly understand is that you guys seem to be enjoying any impediment that prevents Mueller from getting to the bottom of things. It's as though you guys find solace in the opacity and wish it to remain so.

  8. Au contraire mon frere.

Mueller has a russian related company in court and the judge is requiring them to be ready to go with their prosecution. 100% cheering that on.

100% support starting the process of prosecuting trump for obstruction to expose everything.

They got a fisa warrant on carter page and surveilled him. Lets get going with that prosecution.

And if by chance the judge decides to set aside Flynn's plea deal, good, prosecute him then and we will see what's what. Let's go.

And transparency is a great thing. I am cheering the IG on every day too and have for over a year.

We will see where the true desire for opacity is coming from. Howz Rod Rosenswamp coming along in that department? Oh, I see. His entire professional life consists of trying to maneuver the DOJ/FBI into hiding his shit.

  9. Yeah, except that the posts in this thread suggest otherwise. You're cheering when someone impedes Mueller, who is the only one doggedly pursuing the facts, wherever they may lead. Your posts, and those of the other cheerleaders here, only prove that point.

Beautiful. Hope it turns out this way. Theyve got nothing on trump anyway. Literally. They would have released and ran with it if they had anything damming
