Putin's already planning his exit strategy.

Vladimir Putin Stashes Billions In Central Africa In Preparation To Flee Moscow In Case Of Emergency 'Evacuation'

Russian President Vladimir Putin has stashed billions in the Central African Republic in preparation for an "evacuation" in the case of an "emergency situation" in Moscow due to overwhelming disapproval of the war in Ukraine, RadarOnline.com has learned.

This is the latest move by the increasingly paranoid head of Russia, as the country faces bankruptcy in the wake of his deteriorating health.

Earlier this month, it was revealed that Putin would not attend the G20 Summit in Bali, Indonesia. While the Kremlin cited a busy schedule as the reason, sources alleged that he feared an assassination attempt as the true determining factor.

An estimated $14.8 billion in cash and gold were sent for safekeeping in Africa under the order of President Putin. The enormous amount of wealth is housed in "underground warehouses" through the oversight of Wagner, a private military company and key ally to Russia.

Wagner has assisted Russia in the invasion of Ukraine through the recruitment of tens of thousands of mercenaries and convicts to supply the front lines with desperately needed manpower.

Putin and the head of the Central Africa Republic met last Friday to discuss the transfer of assets.

Russian state media reported that Putin and President FaustinArchange Touadéra met during the scheduled G20 Summit.

"The presidents expressed the shared intention to intensify bilateral political, trade and economic cooperation, including in the fuel and energy sector," said the Russian government in a statement regarding the meeting.

Tensions have continued to rise among the Russian people — many of which have refused to support Putin's attack on Ukraine. Additionally, the looming threat of winter and the country's weakened state has added to the pressure to force a change in direction from Putin on Ukraine.

The General SRV Telegram channel stated Putin's true aim for meeting with President Touadéra.

The telegram channel records revealed that Putin "hinted at his possible visit in the near future" to the Central Africa Republic's capital of Bangui.

The channel also announced that the Russian president "considers the Central African Republic as one of two options for evacuation in an emergency situation for himself and his loved ones, outside the territory of the Russian Federation."

The alarming announcement came with a further warning.

"Now Putin considers the possibility of evacuation as realistic, so it is important for him to understand that there are options and they are quite feasible."

The channel did not elaborate on who Putin's "loved ones" were, although predictions include the president's long-time partner, Alina Kabaeva, 39, who is a gold medalist gymnast. Additionally, no other country was named as a potential safe haven in the event of an "evacuation."

  4. He has options. He has billions and billions squirreled away in many countries.

Probably his preferred destination would be down in Snake Village, a/ka Turkey. Vlad gives Ergodan a hundred million in hush, hush to pave the way, then Erdogan gets the money and then he tries for the Nobel Peace Prize for allegedly talking Putin into stepping down and doing a graceful exit.

I mean, yeh, Vlad is not going anywhere but yes also to the fact that he does contingency planning. Chances of Vlad having to leave in a hurry are not great, but they are not zero either. Of course if the FSB puts a bullet through his head and then blames in on the Ukrainians that could be kind of leaving early of sorts, eh? Chances there are not zero either.

Hmmmmm, just wondering, hope Putin doesn't have an accident.....
Malaysia Airlines Flight 17 (MH17/MAS17) was a scheduled passenger flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur that was shot down on 17 July 2014, while flying over eastern Ukraine. All 283 passengers and 15 crew were killed. Contact with the aircraft, a Boeing 777-200ER, was lost when it was about 50 km (31 mi) from the Ukraine–Russia border, and wreckage from the aircraft fell near Hrabove in Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine, 40 km (25 mi) from the border. The shoot-down occurred during the war in Donbas over territory controlled by Russian separatist forces.

While a tragic occurrence, the chickenhawks all rushed to say this was Moscow firing on Poland, and article 4/5 should be invoked immediately. And then it was like...well, its Moscow's fault anyway!

  10. Don't let this clown fool ya. Neither he nor his men want to go to Ukraine.

What he is saying is "Thank God all the roads are impassable."

The Belarus resistance probably blew some of those bridges up, just as they did to the rail lines way back.

You gotta love his MAKE BELARUS GREAT AGAIN hat.
