It appears that Putin has twisted Lukashenko's arm enough to force him to agree to the deployment of Russian troops in Belarus to open up another front against Ukraine. In the meantime Zelensky is calling for an emergency G7 meeting to address the continued Russian aggression.

Belarus dictator in vile 'dirty hands' threat sends troops as Russia hits back at Ukraine
Alexander Lukashenko agreed with Vladimir Putin on the deployment of a joint regional group of troops, due to "the aggravation on the western border"
Belarus and Russia have agreed on the deployment of a joint group of troops, a potentially significant development in the war in Ukraine.

So we have someone else pushing whataboutism. This is your reminder that this thread is about Russia and Ukraine.

Tell us... are the Russians going to investigate the missile & drone strikes in Ukraine and compensate the families?

U.S. Pledges to Pay Family of Those Killed in Botched Kabul Drone Strike
The Pentagon offered unspecified amounts to relatives of the 10 civilians who died in Aug. 29 attack and agreed to help relocate those who want to move to the U.S.

Yes... there is a difference in the behavior of democratic governments and the behavior of governments led by criminal dictators.

You claimed the school hits were what Russia really is. I'm claiming the hospital hits are what the US really is.

You do realize that this U.S. drone attack in Kabul hit a private home and not a hospital? Correct?

The drone strike came on the heels of a suicide bomb attack by the terrorist group ISIS-K that resulted in the deaths of 13 U.S. service members and dozens of Afghans near Hamid Karzai International Airport, where colossal evacuation efforts were underway as the U.S. pulled out from Afghanistan.

Unfortunately due to improper intelligence the U.S. struck a private home believing it was ISIS-K location that was creating more bombs.

But the entire Western World is just watching how thousands of Ukrainians get raped, tortured and executed. And how a whole country is being destroyed and billions of damage are caused by the Russians.

If the Western World would wish, this genocide can be stopped in weeks.

To me the actual situation is identical to a person that is tortured (by the Russians) and where the Western World helps the victim just enough to not die. So the torture can continue longer. But really saving that person seems to be to much asked. The behavior of the Western World is just prolongating the genocide.
