Russia & Ukraine

  1. One of the things that has been very noticeable in the last week is that the Russians have reverted to a "taking out infrastructure phase" as a way of compensating for the inability of their troops to do the deed. I have not followed all of it but they took out a dam, they took out a power station, etc. It peeked my interest a bit because a Russian born former CIA analyst just said that the taking out the infrastructure phase was part of the "Russian playbook" which squared with what I was thinking last week.

Anyway, that is a lead-up to saying, that the Kersh Bridge might be Ukraine's way of letting them know that they can move into that phase as well.

Don't know. The Ukrainians could have just gotten lucky and a Russian saboteur took care of it independently. On the other hand, this talk as though there is what Ukraine did and then there is what local resistance or "the Russians" did are somehow unrelated is absurd. Ukraine and the CIA are up to their arses in working with Russian resistance.

Mobilized Russian soldiers are training really hard to prepare them for the rigors of Ukrainian winter.

BTW, there is clear evidence that it was something under the bridge that collapsed it, not the truck.

Watch this. There is something happening in the water under the bridge span before the explosion occurs.

  5. Oh man. So much going on- it is hard to keep up with things.

Apparently, Ukraine has annexed Russia, and Russia is now known as East Ukraine.

I bet they are buzzing on Russian TV about this.

Probably Iron Beaver has committed hari-kari right there on the set.

  7. Since the Belarus situation has been discussed, I will keep it short.

Just sayin' again that idiot Lukashenko is playing with fire. No, he is not going to send troops.
But he is very sadly mistaken if he thinks he is going to carry out air attacks by missiles, aircraft, and drones and go unpunished just because they are not troops on the ground. Plus Vlad is putting nuclear missiles in Belarus.

    Idiot on steroids.

  8. Ukrainian sourced. Doesn't mean it is not true. Pretty obvious just based on the level of shuffling and firing going on in Moscow that it is probably true to some degree.

    Paranoid much, Vlad?

Russian 'Elite' Guard Arresting Military in Moscow: Ukraine Intelligence

Ukrainian intelligence officials said Saturday that an "elite" Russian military division arrested other members of the military in Moscow as discontent appears to grow over the Ukraine war.

Ukraine should open a shitton of McDonalds all along the border. That will surely get those potential conscripts to defect!
