    All men who leave Russia have to give their phone when they arrive at the border, and IT specialists from FSB write down your unique phone identification number (IMEI number).

  7. Yep. Unfortunately that is an officer being buried.

    The conscripts just decompose in the field unless the Ukrainians bury them.

    And when they do not return the conscripts body, they do not need to pay the 176 usd to the soldier's family.

    Moscow: Russian President Vladimir Putin has granted Russian citizenship to former US security contractor Edward Snowden, according to a decree signed by the Russian leader.

    Snowden is one of 75 foreign citizens listed by the decree as being granted Russian citizenship. The decree was published on an official government website on Monday (Moscow time).

    Snowden, a former contractor with the US National Security Agency, has been living in Russia since 2013 to escape prosecution in the US after leaking classified documents detailing government surveillance programs.

    He was granted permanent Russian residency in 2020 and said at the time that he planned to apply for Russian citizenship without renouncing his US citizenship.........
