This North Korean ammo thing is a mixed bag. Just in general it does not have a good look to it when Russia is already relying on North Korean supply at the same time that it is planning a wider war beyond Ukraine and needs to be able to fight NATO as well. Most of that crap the are bringing in is just old school unguided, no precision control stuff that, unfortunately is ideal for the indiscriminate shelling of cities and civilians but otherwise pretty low tech.
