This sounds like a mess. Multiple posts on the thread. I expect we will find out more in upcoming days. My first question is what type of "ash dump" does a nuclear power plant have? "Ash dumps" are normally associated with coal fired power plants (AFAIK).

Duh. obviously. Not just weapons but personnel as well. The pentagon is playing the age old "contractor" game, whereby you recruit soldiers who are willing to separate from the military or have just left and then pay them big bucks to be "advisors." Thereby, no overt troops on the ground.

And Russia has contractors from the Wagner organization and soldiers recruited from Syria, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, North Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Russian prisons, and other locations.
