Not much news from the front lately except it’s a fight with both sides taking sizable casualties. The slog as it were. Some news here though, Ukrainians are still transitioning to western artillery from Soviet era artillery. With the transition will come less exposure to the front lines for Ukrainian forces. That’s good. More Ukrainians being trained on this. Also, not in this but I read earlier the Ukrainians are reluctant to deploy the switchblade drones due to their complexities and are opting for basic “do it yourself” drones that can drop small munitions like grenades.
Add one more colonel. I wonder when Russia will run out of colonels. Putin loses 53rd colonel in Ukraine war as Russia’s toll of commanders grows Colonel Sergei Postnov was part of a military propaganda unit in the Russian National Guard which reports directly to Vladimir Putin https://www.standard.co.uk/news/wor...ei-postnov-putin-moscow-kremlin-b1006220.html
These are big Big loses. I have to question sticking around for the fight if these casualty numbers are near accurate.
I've been saying all along, Ukraine can't win this, it's a practical impossibility UNLESS NATO was to get involved and they won't.
