Trump didn't "undermine NATO"... he made them pay their fair share. Now we have this German cat calling Putin. Where's the unity here? Is this guy gonna negotiate something on his own for what's best for Germany? Trump was right, the Europeans need to do more for NATO. It's their backyard.
