Please excuse me, I may have taken too much krill oil. Perhaps I'm just using that as an excuse. Reply to three of your posts inline, below: No doubt, they made a huge mistake by not developing their national manufacturing and just importing most of the stuff. Think of it. Russia has had the intellectual property concerning manufacturing of the West, including schematics, plane loads of information, for 80 years. Still Russia can't hold a candle in many areas to the West's manufacturing capabilities. For as smart as the Russians are, why do think that is? Details to follow later in this post. But if you fuck off China, then you would be in a very similar situation, how much of your stuff is imported from China? Yes, the West's corporations became too entranced by China's cheap and productive labor resulting in us becoming significantly dependent on China. So much for political leadership. Either that, or we can blame corporate lobbyists. Interesting to note there were less efforts made by the West to tap Russia's labor force. Could it have been related to productivity or related measures of value? More on this later. By the way, speaking of China, let's discuss the long term outlook of Russia's partnership with China. Both Russia and China have aspirations of increasing their global influence using both diplomacy and other means. Other means, of course, is the unsolicited territorial expansion involving other countries. What do you think happens when a country in developing status becomes heavily dependent upon a country that has an authoritarian government who has expansionist goals? More exactly, what happens to Russia when they become reliant on China? An invasion wouldn't be necessary. It will be a death by a thousand cuts through China's well designed policies resulting in catastrophic civil unrest within Russia. A country with high population density and extensive economic power versus a country with low population density, modest economic power, and a people at odds with their government. Didn't Stalin make a geopolitical error regarding Germany at one time? I don't mean to suggest China's leadership is evil. I have a great deal of respect for their leadership and culture. However, I am concerned about the dangerous transition of Russia into a destabilizing third world country as a result of the Ukrainian invasion. A destabilizing third world country with thousands of nuclear weapons, that is. But make no mistake, with over 2k nukes, they are not to be messed with and you know it. Your digital bravado is worth less than a single Dogecoin I'd be disappointed in Russia if they had less than 4k nukes. Regardless, what is it they can do with their nukes that will improve the quality of life of their people? After all, it that not what modern governance really about? Improving the quality of life for their people? This thought to be continued. Well, no point trying to pick a Russian brain, many have tried before you for centuries and failed. Russians are strong bastards, both physically and mentally, and they will get through this huge crisis when others would have failed. Russians are certainly enduring and smart. Yet, for all of Russia's natural resources and land, why does it seem Russia is lagging the West? What is it about Russia's history, system, and leadership, that has created such strong, yet underachieving people? More to follow. Americans would go full panic mode if they were to lose electricity for 24 hours. 24 hours? Try 24 minutes. However, what is it about us none too bright, pampered Americans that causes us to be so productive? Apparently, judging by your posts, so formidable? Actually, let's not forget why you bastards want to take Mother Russia so badly and keep having wet dreams every other night, it is because soon, due to the climate change that your own scientist have proven to be a scientific fact and unavoidable pretty much, even if Tesla was to sell to every other person on this planet, UK for example will be underwater aka as totally drowned. Which one of your holes did you pull the above statement out of? Unhinged, are we? As far as climate change is concerned, sea levels are not projected to rise enough in the next few decades to create an immediate geopolitical imperative for UK, much less the EU or the US. Look at relative population densities of the West versus Asia, for example. Now let's explore why you've gone so emotional on us. Is it the US committing to send advanced weapons to Ukraine? Is it the realization that Russia is looking at "Lost decades" due to sanctions at a time of accelerating technological innovation? Is it because of two recent Russian factory fires that in context may be suggestive of Ukrainian sabotage? Given the alleged war crimes, how many generations of Ukrainians will be sabotaging Russian assets if Ukraine is occupied and or Zelenskyy is killed? Have you detected the pattern that every week Russia's invasion against Ukraine, another round of sanctions and or weapons shipments get approved, causing you to be sad? Has Russia made some gestures towards peace talks that have seemingly gone unnoticed by NATO that is causing your grief? So they have to relocate somewhere, that would likely be Ukraine or even Russia, that is why you were making all these lovely potions in ze sekret laboratories, ya-ya, so that you can swiftly murder every Russian, and...Ukrainians too, because lets face it, you don't give two shits about them, they are nothing more than your proxy, washing your dirty knickers for you. You are rambling about a conspiracy theory that is not supported by facts. Besides, nuclear armed submarines and armed force rotation schedules would ensure any offending country would face a nuclear hell, right? QUOTE="Master Pu, post: 5582954, member: 525310"]You are just jealous, most beautiful women live in Russia, in fact so beautiful that you Americans never want to go back home to your Dorrises (whilst English think this is heaven on Earth, as back home, English women do not wipe their fannies after they pee). No question Russia has its fair share or maybe even more than its fair share of beautiful women. As for a desirability of these beautiful women, not so much. Speaking in general terms, of course. Personality counts. I'll leave it at that for diplomatic reasons. I have not heard encouraging news regarding Russian women and American men. To be fair, I would not hold high hopes for Ukrainian women either. Not high at all. Russia's land is also amazing, that is why you want it so badly, full of natural resources and fresh water, lots of fish and caviar to be eaten with tablespoons, Russia has lots of wonderful and powerful nukes too and THAT is the reason you will never have it, muchacho![/QUOTE You forgot to mention the widespread pollution near population centers. You also failed to mention the relatively poor quality of life for those who live outside of Moscow. NATO is not interested in invading Russia for its women or its land. Reality check: Russia has invaded Georgia, Chechnya, and Ukraine twice. Excuse me if I left a country or two out. Further, Russian leadership has indicated they want to restore the lands under the old Soviet Union. It is really that difficult to understand why leadership of sovereign countries would seek out protection of NATO? Especially considering the families, entire immediate families, of Putin's opponents are apparently being systematically murdered? Now let's answer the questions previously posted related to Russia's failings. It is systemic. Russia's government is too centralized and does not seem to consider itself as being directly accountable to her people. Corruption and political favoritism runs rampant, causing disenfranchisement and lowered productivity of many of its citizens. People who perceive they are being taken advantaged of by the system tend to be not committed to it. We see this manifest itself into the low morale of a significant portion of the Russian military. It is the reason Russia underperforms economically and major offensive military wars they initiate. Again, the Ukraine invasion has already failed. Costs for Russia and NATO are mounting. Time for Putin to admit it, move on, and attempt to reestablish relations with the West as soon as possible to avoid the worst of the path Russia is presently on.
what counter offensive? You post here ukrainian news which 100% fake in sense of what Russia doing By those publication ukrainians just try instill fear in their conscripts who don't want to die and rather go to russian captivity On the other side there are multple real videos how ukrainian in fact kill russian POW Russian generally don't kill POW, don't rape women and don't conscriptit ukranians Didn't dig tranches in Chernobyl, dodn't bomb hospital unless they are full of militaries, and don't bomb cars with red crosses unless those cars full of weapons Also Russian didn't massacre Ukranians in Bucha and haven't done most of the things you can read on CNN front page where they cite ukranian sources Doesn't mean some isolated cases exist as of course, war is going on and people kill people but what you bring here fakes so stop doing that Maybe just accept whaever information you get from Ukraine - no matter what side is likely fake unless confirmed by both sides And yes, it's Russia against US which uses Ukraine as a proxy so by default all Ukrainian news by US media should be considered fake too
"Russians generally don't..... rape women." Apparently those video games where you learned all you know about history did not cover that. Russian troops are always just one rape away from their next rape victim. In any war, anywhere, anytime. It is what they do. But you earned your ruble for posting and that is what counts.
The reality is that there are large scale documented war crimes by the Russians. Your claims that the Russians did none of the many things they are accused of —- including the massacre of civilians at Bucha — are absurd in light of the overwhelming evidence. You are pushing nothing more than Putin’s propaganda.
This article is a bit too favorable toward the Ukrainians but I most definitely have and do agree with the risk that the writer outlines. ie. The Russians are trying to confront the Ukrainians in a head-on front WW1 style offensive, and then send massive troops out to loop behind them and cut them off from their supply so that they are trapped in front and behind. But, the risk for the Russians is that if they do not do the deed and take out the Ukrainians, then, it is the Russians who looped behind them that end out cut off from their supply from the donbass side. Basically that is the same strategy I said a couple days ago that Ukraine and its allies should do to the Russians- ie. let them all stack up in the donbass and then take out all the rail and bridges with air/missile if they can get enough and keep sinking their ships and then let their supplies get lower and lower- except don't put any troops out behind them as the Russians are attempting. Watch your arses, Ruskies. I have never failed to recognize your fire power and massive number of troops, but you are not all that smart. You tend to do very well at tasks like pointing artillery at assisted living facilities and apartment buildings but you die pretty quickly if your opponent has a rifle. Ukrainians are in deep shiite though.
