Russian is my native tongue. And the part that is begging is actually in English.

And I am sure, when Russia winds up in "глубокая жопа" and returns to 1930s, you will still be crowing about it. Cuz that is how propagandists work.

  2. I don't think it will happen чувак, as if this is what awaits Russia, then there will definitely be a nuclear war between various sides. You keep referring to me as being a propagandist, you do realise that propaganda exists in all countries, and whatever side you are on, you are a propagandist. Your position is no different to mine, it's just you chose to live in the land of the free, don't make me laugh pal, you are nothing but a pawn, just like me.

Russian dentistry is in deep trouble. Even more than the other Russian industries it depends on foreign equipment and materials. About 90% of the equipment and materials come from the West.

I remember (with a shudder) what Russian dentistry was like at the end of the 1970s. That is what awaits Russians within a short time.

Because Russian teeth were so freaking awesome before hand. I think they're ranked at the bottom, right below Brits.

  5. I heard an brief interview with Khrucheves grand-daughter the other day (trivia, she was also his step-daughter, no we are not talking Alabama here, Khruchev adopted her after his son/her father was killed in the war).

Anyway, she was saying that, yes, the Russians are condolidating and supporting Putin more as the war progresses but it is because they know they are isolated now and even more dependent on Putin so they fear what it would look like if they weakened even more by a losing war. Or less than stellar outcome. Interesting that.

There is this Russian word "терпилы". Much like other Russian slang, hard to translate. Basically those who will tolerate anything no matter how hard or humiliating. That is not a positive trait.

Thought this was rather humorous in a dark way.

You know how Russian soldiers steal phones from Ukrainians in order to call their relatives in Russia and since it is all on Ukrainian cell networks, Ukrainians can intercept those calls easily and publish them regularly.

Well there is a great intercept today. The soldier's mother is telling him how he is defending all Slavs and is doing a great deed. He tells her "What we're doing is killing civilians and children.". And she replies: "No, son, you're killing Nazis. Believe me. Remember that. Nazis."

  9. i get the joke but in reality that is not the same as an invasion like Russia into Ukraine.

Thats really a civil war between Yemeni people.....why put up a yemeni flag which represents both sides of the people in the war killing each other...

  10. Yep, and the many who will not tolerate and they are leaving by the pantload - quite a brain drain.

The Soviets used to have Berlin walls and rifles and barbed wire to slow that down a bit.
