Eighth Russian General - the equivalent of US Brigadier General - eliminated by Ukrainians.

Vladimir Frolov. May there be many more.

  3. CNN reporting - along with other networks- that U.S. intel is not necessarily concerned about Putin's threat of nukes because they have not seen any movement of nuke forces or preparation to that end.

Okay class, guess what we can expect to see Putin doing in the next week. Just tell Putin what DC needs to see.

As an aside on the warship sinking that has pissed the Ruskies off, y'all have heard me say that I don't like the Aleppo 2.0 set-up that is taking place. Especially the assigning of the two Aleppo generals to the east, and the fact that Mariupol has already been reduced to Aleppo. When the Russians did their Aleppo routine, they had that Moscow ship there to serve as the command and control center for all Russian operations even though Aleppo is not on the coast. Coordinating with air operations and the generals on the ground, and with satellite information and communications with Russia. So by bringing the two Aleppo generals in, along with the same command center, there is a lot of experience there when you have the old team back together again.

Except one member of the team be sitting at the bottom of the sea right now. That's a good days work right theya.

Indeed. These generals and such aren’t impervious to the psychology of an empty chair.

Ukrainian voodoo is better. It makes a non submarine vessel to go underwater.

Someone told that the Dutch will ban flowers export into Rus, thus, next to their graves, there will be vodka and sproti.(canned fish)

We, in the NATO countries know perfectly well why Putin invaded Ukraine when he did. It was not because he feared NATO would attack Russia. Nor did he believe NATO posed any threat to Russian security, despite the lies he tells the Russian people. If Ukraine were to join NATO, however, that would preclude any hope of Russia bringing Ukraine back under Russian domination -- Putin's writings and speeches make it clear that that is what he dreamed of! It's obvious Putin believed he was running out of time. It was now or never! He had to act before Ukraine joined NATO! After all, Ukraine so much as told him that's what their plans were -- they wrote their aspiration into their Constitution! But Putin badly misjudged the Ukrainian people, the capability of his Russian army, and the resolve that a Russian invasion of Ukraine would engender in the Western nations and their allies. And now he has thoroughly fucked himself! He is engaged up to his ears in a war he can not win. In the meantime he will have caused thousands of needless deaths and the displacement of millions
