Ok but I don’t see this as a pressing matter, meaning we are not officially pressing the matter. Biden already said he was “speaking from the heart” so I don’t actually think it’s going anywhere. There are both sides to the argument. The problem with Joe's comment is the way he handled it. Labeling Putin as a war criminal is a strong card to play and direct shot at him with implications. That does not make it right or wrong but - as usual with Joe- it was like he was cleaning his gun and it went off. First he answered no, then suprise, surprise, he did a 180 and answered yes, as if he didnt understand the question or gave it more thought after he walked away. Too big a card to play in public while acting like you are just beginning to think about it. maybe no, maybe yes type of thing.
