Im not so sure tree has “politics” anymore in the sense that there is a set of values or philosophies. Too many clearly contradicting statements and double standards lately. Most reasonable people would agree that “Trump being Trump” is an absurd foreign policy, unless your policy is that low moral character and self enrichment is a form of strategy.

  2. We will see what "normal" looks like for Joe and the dems.

Anyone one- whether pundit or down on main street- who has been around the block at all knows that the dems and Joe have a special kind of problem.

Actually, I believe that one of the things that will soften the congressional hit just a smidge is that they took such a heavy hit last time on the way in. If the herd had not already been culled a bit then they would be going this cycle too.

But you have told us that everythingis ok, and and thus have earned your potato for the day as the script requires.

Everything is ok everyone. UsualTard says its all normal.

Well the democrats had a special kind of problem from 2010 through 2020, namely a heavily unbalanced district make up in the house. So those big wins and minimal loses were I’ll gotten for republicans for the last ten years.

That doesn’t necessarily mean the American people broke from historical precedence of dividing the government during the midterms. It just means a lot of what you think was grassroots was actually astroturf.

But everything is not ok. As I have been saying for a while now that we are heading for a very rocky road this year in the economy. This will certainly not help democrats. Now you might say if Trump were he could fix it but that’s not true either, nothing can stop the rebalancing coming. Sometimes there are just large forces coming together and the best we can do is blunt the impact.

  5. Howz that "transitory" inflation argument that you defended coming along?

Oh, I see. We did not know about X,Y, or Z.

    Nevermind.

I remain where I have been. My concern is not so much inflation because aside from housing inflation is not structural in America. My concern the fed doing too much too quickly. And I get this does not play well politically but I do Beloit is correct. Unless of course you can show me otherwise.

The countervailing argument is the money supply was increased during the pandemic by $2.7t so obviously there is excess money in circulation. That’s not true. $2t of that money is on the sidelines in reserve hence the velocity of money below:

  9. You have been saying that since Biden took office and reality set it.

A savant you are not. Any idiot knew that every aspect of American life and security would go south if that idiot ever took office.

On the verge of WWW3? Not to worry. We will send Kamala Harris over- one of the dumbest fucks in America. Want your borders totally collapsed rather than just a migration problem. Elect Joe and Kamala and git er done. Not enough crime for you? Elect Joe and Kamala and your problems are solved? Not enough inflation for you? SOLVED? Too much energy and prices too low for you? SOLVED. Too much focus on wars and national security rather than the true threat- climate change? SOLVED. Joe and Kamala have fixed all those problems.

Idiots. You and your ilk are going to get us all killed.

You argue I am wrong on inflation (which I will admit is possible) so I share my evidence and then you just jump to some other complaints because who knows.

Your complaints are pithy. I will give you that and there is some truth the above being things like violent crime was on the uptick when Biden and Harris took office. What I will say is that they both asked for the job so the various issues you’ve named are their responsibility - that does not necessarily make them the cause though.
